Send someone my way and have them mention your name when they first book.
The 10% only kicks in if they reach Phase Two, and it's calculated on everything they've paid me up to their first Phase Two payment.
They don't have to start with an Ops Hour, and Phase Two can be any size — the payout tracks whatever they've actually paid.

What the numbers look like
Say someone books an Ops Hour (€150), then Phase One (€750), then kicks off Phase Two with a first payment of €1,000. That's €1,900 total. You get €190.
Paid the moment their first Phase Two payment clears.
