Work with me
Map the whole thing. Then rebuild it properly.
The Ops Hour fixes one thing. This is for when everything's scattered and you want it mapped, scoped, and built properly.
Part of my process
- 1.
Ops Hour
One hour on one workflow. We fix it or map it live.
- 2.
Phase One
An audit of what you have and a system map of what it should be. It's yours to keep, whoever builds it.
- 3.
Phase Two
The build, with handoff and team onboarding included.
You don't have to start with an Ops Hour. You can go straight to Phase One and move from there.
Phase One: Discovery
A standalone paid discovery engagement for B2B service teams (solo consultants up to fifteen people) whose operations feel heavier than they should.
It's discovery over build: I learn how your business actually runs through a form and a dedicated client space where I keep you updated as I work, then hand over an audit doc, a system map, and a scoped estimate for Phase Two, even if we never build together.
What you get
- •An audit doc naming what's working, what's leaking, and what's missing
- •A system map of every workflow, tool, and handoff, including where AI could reasonably help
- •A scoped, priced estimate for Phase Two so you know exactly what a build would cost and take
- •A clarity call to walk the deliverables together and help you understand what the issue is, what needs to be done, and what still needs to be clearer
- •A dedicated client space where I keep you updated as I work, plus a form and async check-ins so I can learn how you actually operate
- •7 days of async follow-up questions after delivery
1–2 weeks from onboarding. Fully async, with one clarity call at the end.

Phase Two: Build
Only available after completing Phase One. The system is built to your Phase One scope: Notion workspace, automations, templates, integrations, plus AI agents where it makes sense. Scoped and priced from the discovery, no surprises.
Deposit at signature locks your start date. Calendar usually fills 4–6 weeks out.
After Phase Two some clients keep me on for retainer work: building agents, tuning workflows, adding automations as things evolve.
And sometimes projects don't fit the Phase One / Phase Two shape at all: larger builds, unusual scopes, or something specific built around what your business actually needs. Either way, write to me and we'll figure out what makes sense.
