Plain-English notes on what I collect, why, and how it's stored.
The short version
I run a small consulting business. I collect the minimum data needed to book a call, take a payment, and stay in touch — nothing more. No tracking pixels, no ad networks, no data sold or shared.
What I collect
- Name and email when you book a call (via Cal.com) or email me directly
- Payment details processed by Stripe — I never see your full card number
- Anything you choose to share during onboarding or on a call (workflow context, tool screenshots, etc.)
Why
To deliver the service you paid for or requested, to reply to emails, to issue invoices and receipts, and to keep records where the law requires it (e.g. tax).
Third-party tools
- Cal.com — scheduling and reminders
- Stripe — payments and invoicing
- Notion — my internal workspace where I organise client work
- Email provider — for correspondence
Each of these has its own privacy policy and processes the strictly necessary data on my behalf.
How long I keep it
Emails and client records: as long as needed to deliver the service, plus what tax law requires. You can ask me to delete anything non-essential at any time.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask what I hold about you, correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email love@milatiba.com and I'll respond within a few business days.
